We ensure every employee is trained in all state and safety regulations that include: trench, confined space, first aid, CPR, asbestos and flagger certified.
All three foreman's are OSHA 30 and MSHA certified.
Kelley's Underground Construction is certified WBE per Supplier Clearinghouse and is WBE and EDWBE by the Small Business Administration (SBA).

She is involved in every job selection and leads the organization in establishing working protocols that have taken Kelley's Underground Construction to a higher level of service and quality. Jennifer works in the "trenches" daily not only overseeing all aspects of the operations but also handling bidding, human resources, accounting, public relations, safety, and ongoing regulatory procedures.
In a predominately male-owned and run industry, Jennifer has set herself apart as a successful business owner in pipeline construction and has earned her place amongst the very best in Southern California. She has planted her family roots in Apple Valley, CA for over 20 years. She is married with 2 sons and contributes additional time in a multitude of service projects and fundraising events, utilizing her knowledge and experience to make positive impacts in her community. |
